ANNIVERSARY DINNER- THURS, MAY 2ND
This year's Anniversary Dinner will be held at Blue Mountain Resort on Thursday, May 2nd. Cocktails begin at 5:30 pm (Cash Bar). The Installation of Officers will begin at 6:15 pm, with dinner to follow at 6:30 pm. We're looking forward to celebrating another great year of Concourse Club!
We're grateful to our new officers and committee chairs for taking on expanded roles in the club and we're also thankful to our members who have had, or continue to serve, on our Advisory Board. We look forward to what's next in Concourse Club.
CONCERTS IN THE PARK
The schedule for the Concerts in the Park will be distributed at our Anniversary Dinner on Thursday. The schedule will be posted on social media & our website next week. Stay tuned for the details!
MOVIE IN THE PARK
The Movie in the Park is scheduled for Tuesday, August 6th at 8:30 pm. Like last year, we're holding it on the same day as the Palmerton Police Department's National Night Out. Come out and have a great time! The movie title has not yet been announced, but be sure to save the date!
NEXT ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
Our first meeting with our new officer slate and advisory board is scheduled for Monday, June 24th at the Palmerton Area Library. We'll discuss preliminary plans for next year and review summer deadlines to ensure that our materials for next year, such as the newsletter, booklet, & more are prepared on time for distribution.
HOLIDAY HOUSE TOURS
It may be springtime, but we're thinking ahead to the holiday season. We're looking for a couple of houses to add to this year's Holiday House Tour. If you're interested or have a recommendation, please let Teri Delich know.
TRAVEL TOILETRIES
Joan Turko would be happy to collect any toiletries that you've accumulated on your travels. These items are attractively packaged and given out to those in need. If you've got one or two...or maybe even a collection of items, please get them to Joan Turko.
